4. The Tybee Island Polar Bear Plunge

Join Tybee Post Theater for the annual Guinness-World-Record-setting Tybee Polar Plunge! This year, you can join the event in person with loads of brave souls at the Pier on Tybee Island and take the plunge into the brisk Atlantic Ocean at 12 noon on New Year’s Day. 5. The Savannah Hockey Classic
