A damage deposit of no less than $250 will be charged to the credit card on file within (14) days of departure, if the following occur:

a) Damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

b) Charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents for service rendered during the stay.

c) All debris, rubbish and discards are not placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are not placed in dishwasher.

d) All charges accrued during the stay which are not paid prior to departure.

e) Linens are lost or damaged.

f) Early Check In or Late Check Out.

g) The renter is evicted by the owner, or representative of the owner, or local law enforcement.
